Westminster West 98th Ave House Fire

At 17:22 on July 4th, 2024 Westminster Fire Department, North Metro Fire Rescue District and Adams County Fire Rescue responded to a residential structure fire in the 4800 block of W. 98th Ave. Crews arrived to a working fire and started fire attack with some heat damage to the neighboring home. The fire was controlled quickly and crews started overhaul on hot spots. The cause is under investigation and no injuries were reported.
