Weld County Ground Cover Fire

At 12:20 on November 16th, 2021 Weld County Regional Communications Center (WCRCC) dispatched Windsor Severance Fire Rescue and Front Range Fire Rescue to several reports of a ground cover fire south of Crossroads Boulevard between Weld County Rd. 17 and State Hwy. 257 in Windsor. Upon arrival crews found a fast-moving grass fire. The fire burned approximately 15 acres. Additional information provided by Windsor Severance Fire Rescue
