Colorado State Patrol Open House

On September 27th, 2025 the Colorado State Patrol hosted an open house at the CSP Training Academy,15055 South Golden Rd. in Golden. CSP invited the community for a chance to interact with troopers, learn about the organization’s history, see live demonstrations, and to explore career opportunities in law enforcement. Personnel from different departments, within the CSP, were available at individual booths; which included dispatchers, patrol officers, port of entry officers, car seat technicians, and many others. The personnel were available for one-on-one discussions and to provide safety information. Many vintage patrol cars and modern patrol vehicles were also available for viewing, as well as a patrol motorcycle demonstration. The gymnasium was also open for refreshments. Additional police officers, patrol officers from other jurisdictions and first responders were at the event as well including Arvada Police Department, Aurora Police Department, Boulder Police Department, Estes Park Police Department, Evergreen Fire Protection District, Golden Police Department, Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office, Wyoming State Patrol and others.
