Westminster Structure Fire

At 11:55 on November 7th, 2025 Westminster Fire Department, North Metro Fire Rescue District and Adams County Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire in the 6000 of 114th Ave. in Westminster. Westminster Communications Center advised that 911 caller reporting fire on the roof and occupant possibly still inside with one dog and one cat. Medic 4 arrived on scene to a small two-story single-family residential with fire from the roof. Battalion 1 arrived on the Alpha side and assumed command. Crews found fire from the solar panels on the roof and Truck 62 went to the roof. The fire was quickly extinguish the fire and crews worked on overhaul. The homes occupants and animals were able to safely evacuate and were not injured. The cause is currently under investigation. Additional information provided by Westminster Fire Department.
