Arvada Structure Fire

At 12:28 on November 24th, 2025 Jeffcom 911 dispatched Arvada Fire Protection District to a reported structure fire in the 8000 block of Gray Circle. Dispatch advised that 911 caller reporting that the furnace blew up and evacuation in process. Chief 52 arrived in command to a small two-story single-family residential with smoke reported in the basement area by Arvada Police officers and started the investigation. Engine 55 arrived and found heavy smoke conditions in the house, Engine 53 set-up for the water supply and Tower 57 assigned with ventilation and search. The fire was put under control quickly and crews vented the home from the smoke. All occupants were safely evacuated and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
