Denver Trapped MVA

On April 16th, 2026 around 09:50 Denver Fire Department was called out to a trapped MVA on Colorado Blvd over I-70. Firefighters arrived to a tractor trailer involved MVA with a small sedan and crews used hydraulic tools to extricate the driver of the sedan who was transported to a local hospital with complaints of severe back pain. The driver of the semi was evaluated on scene by EMS and did not require transport. Information provided by Denver Fire Department
