Denver Commercial Fire

Around 20:00 on May 25th, 2026 Denver Fire Department responded to a commercial building fire at 741 N. Osage St. at the Midgard Self Storage. Crews arrived to heavy smoke showing and started the investigation. Crews found fire on a first floor storage unit and which was stubborn get under control due to the sprinkler system that was unable to reach the seat of the fire. The fire was quickly put out and confined to the unit of origin and crews worked on an extended overhaul and ventilation. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
