Denver Commercial Fire

On August 26th, 2026 Denver Fire Department responded to a commercial structure fire at 2111 S. Downing St. near E. Evans Ave. Crews arrived to find heavy fire in the Charlie-Delta corner of a laundromat with two Delta-side exposures threatened. Firefighters quickly attacked the fire while protecting the neighboring businesses. Both exposures were unaffected. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
