Aurora Ice Rescue Training Aurora Fire Rescue conducted ice rescue training on January 3rd, 2021 at Aurora Reservoir. Firefighters from Engine 9 and Ladder 13 practiced simulated rescues using ropes, ice rescue suits and rescue boards. Periodic training allows firefighters to appropriately respond to an emergency on ice or in the water.
Denver Ice Dive Training On January 3rd, 2021 members of the Denver Fire Department conducted their first under-the-ice dive training of the year.
