Fire Station 15 was located at 3821 W. 88th Ave. and was the former Southwest Adams Fire Protection District (Colorado) Station 14. In late 2017, response for the areas covered by Station 15 were assumed by Westminster Fire Department (Colorado) Station 2 and Federal Heights Fire Department (Colorado) Station 41 as part of closest unit dispatch, and staffing was removed from this station.

**The station is closed and was sold in 2019.

2013 Pierce Velocity (26326) 1500 GPM pump (Pierce PUC), 750 gallon water tank and 40 gallons of foam. Became Engine 13.
