Fire Station 1 is located at 7700 Baseline Rd. (Headquarters), former Cherryvale Fire Protection District Station 3. This station was originally constructed in 1967, added onto in 1978 and remodeled in 1999, renovation to the full station in 2013.

2014 Chevy Tahoe 4×4, Lafayette Fire Department BC 2660 runs out of this station. Rocky Mountain Fire Protection District and Lafayette Fire Department has an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with a partnership until 2020 that allows the sharing of personnel, medical calls and fire equipment.
