This unit was reconfigured again with the side access compartment space and added the air cascade trailer. Became Denver Fire Department (Colorado) Hazmat Utility.

2000 American LaFrance Eagle (H12551) / Becker (0989) 1500 GPM pump, 750 gallon water tank and 30 gallons of foam. Became Urbana Volunteer Fire Department (Indiana) Engine 902 and purchased in 2015 after the Denver Fire Department (Colorado) merge.
