Fire Station 1 is located at 4116 Columbine Dr. Station 1 was built in 1981 and was renovated by Pierce Austin Architects in in 2016.

1990 Pierce Arrow (E5378) 75′ rear-mount ladder 1500 GPM pump, 300 gallon water tank and 20 gallon foam cell. Became Ladder 1. Refurbished by Pierce (F5799) in 2007.  Became Oak Creek Fire Protection District (Colorado) Truck 841.
