Kiowa County Fire Protection District (KCFPD), established in 2016 and is located in Kiowa County (Colorado) including the areas of Adobe Creek Reservoir, Arlington, Blue Lake Reservoir, Brandon, Chivington, Eads, Haswell, Kiowa County Fairgrounds, Long Lake, Sheridan Lake & Towner.

Kiowa County Fire Protection District oversees Eads Volunteer Fire Department, Haswell Volunteer Fire Department, Sheridan Volunteer Lake Fire Department and Towner Volunteer Fire Department.

All the departments have their own Chief and Assistant Chief, and the Kiowa County Fire Department oversees all fire operations County.
