1985 Ford E-350 Econoline 4×4. Former Central Orchard Mesa Fire Department (Colorado) Ambulance 52 and was repurposed and reassigned.

Placed into service as a Reed Ambulance in Denver and became part of AMR where it was relocated to the Grand Valley and was acquired by COMFD in 2003.
