Fire Station 4 is located at 8500 Niwot Rd. and this station provides fire protection to the western portion of the Fire District and was built in 1983 with a remodel in 1995, 1999 and again in 2012. Boulder County Sheriff had a substation also at this station.

Fire Station 4 is located at 8500 Niwot Rd. This station provided fire protection to the western portion of the fire district and was built in 1983. In 1995, a meeting area & crews quarters were added to the south side of the building, and another remodel in 1999 to the north side changing the old kitchen & training room into a weight room & offices. Renovation to the station was started in 2012 and completed in 2013.
