Southeast Colorado Hospital (SECH) Ambulance Service, covering 1900 square miles in Baca County (Colorado) including the areas of Campo, Pritchett, Springfield & Two Buttes Reservoir as well as the southern edge of Prowers County, the eastern edge of Las Animas County and a portion of southeastern Bent County.

SECH is owned and operated by the SECH District which encompasses the western two-thirds of Baca County and is under the authority of the governing body of Southeast Colorado Hospital.

Based in Springfield and runs two full-service ambulances, one transfer ambulance, an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Intercept Unit, and a Quick Response Team unit based in Campo, Colorado.
