St. George Fire Department (SGFD), founded in 1936 covering 78 square miles located in Washington County (Utah) including the areas of Atkinville, Black Rocks, Bloomington, Bloomington Hills, Box Canyon, Brigham, Canyon Ridge, Chuckawalla, Cougar Cliffs, Desert Canyons, Desert Color, Dixie Downs, Dixie Red Hills, Dixie State University, East Park, Fort Pierce Industrial Park, Green Valley, Hidden Valley, Indian Hills, Little Valley, Middleton, Miller Spring, Moe’s Valley, Pioneer Park, Red Hills, Sand Hollow, Santa Clara River, Snow Canyon, St. George Regional Airport, Sunbrook, Sun River, Tonaquint, Virgin River, Webb Hill & West Black Ridge.
