Aurora Water Rescue

On March 8th, 2025 at approximately 04:50 Aurora Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported water rescue at the Murphy Creek Golf Course in the vicinity of 1330 S. Duquesne Circle. Dispatch advised responding units that a car was partially submerged in a pond. Engine 15 arrived on scene and found a silver four-door sedan partially submerged in a pond along the 15th fairway. Firefighters entered the water and found that the vehicle was empty. Aurora Police summoned a tow truck to the scene and are investigating the incident.
