Boulder Outbuilding Fire

On January 1st, 2025 around 03:00 Boulder Fire-Rescue Department responded to a structure fire at 3850 Frontier Ave. Boulder Police & Fire Communications advised that multiple callers reporting smoke and flames showing and the incident was upgraded to a “fill the box”. Engine 2503 arrived to a small commercial outbuilding fully engulfed and pulled 1 3/4 for fire attack in the offensive strategy. Engine 2501 secured the water supply to Engine 2503 and Engine 2515 assisted with fire attack. Crews started structure protection to the Sanitas Brewing building and crews started defensive operations to the outbuilding. The fire was put under control quickly from a structure that belonged to a pop-up sauna company and was unoccupied at the time of the fire.
