Boulder Condo Structure Fire
On March 28th, 2025 at 07:32 Boulder Fire-Rescue Department to a possible structure fire at the Arborwood Condominiums, 3250 O’Neal Circle. Boulder Police & Fire Communications advised that 911 caller reporting smoke from the attic on the north side of the building. Engine 143 arrived to a two-story large multi-family condominium building with nothing showing and started the investigation. Battalion 143 arrived and took over command and Engine 143 reported Boulder Police officers starting evacuation of the building. Engine 145 secured the water supply to Engine 143 and then assisted with the investigation of the smoke. Crews found smoke from the attic of one of the units and the call was upgraded at 07:55 to a fill the box for more resources. Tower 141 went to the roof and Engine 141 started the primary search on the 2nd floor and then the 1st floor which were all clear. Tower 141 cut a hole on the roof to extinguish the flames in the attic area and the fire was put under control. Four units in the building were impacted and two occupants were displaced due to the water damage and the American Red Cross was requested.
