Cherry Creek State Park Rollover

On September 1st, 2025 at approximately 13:55 South Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported motor vehicle accident near the stables in Cherry Creek State Park. Units arrived on scene to find that a vehicle traveling south on Parker Road, ran off the road, rolled down an embankment through a fence and struck at least one horse trailed parked near the stables. Two occupants were transported by ambulance to a local hospital for evaluation. The Colorado State Patrol is investigating the crash.
