Denver Residential Structure Fire

On February 11th. 2025 just before 07:00 Denver Fire Department responded for a residential structure fire in the 3100 block of W. Alabama Place in the Mar Lee neighborhood. Upon arrival crews found heavy fire conditions coming from a single-story single-family residence. Crews quickly got water on the fire. One resident was evacuated from the house and turned over to EMS. Unfortunately this resident succumbed to their injuries. Another resident was rescued by firefighters from the home and was treated for their injuries and remains in unknown condition. The cause is under investigation.
