
Jefferson County South Kendall Blvd 2nd Alarm Fire
South Metro 2nd Alarm Fire
On November 4th, 2025 at 10:55 South Metro Fire Rescue and West Metro Fire Rescue responded to a reported residential structure fire in the 7900 block of S. Kendall Blvd. in unincorporated Jefferson County with dispatch advising that a trailer was on fire between two homes and catching one of the homes on fire and with smoke in the air, a confirmed structure fire response was called. Battalion 1 arrived on scene with two single-family residential structures and two structure fires and requested a 2nd alarm with the home on the north and south both extending. West Metro Engine 13 arrived on scene and pulled a line in for fire attack and Medic 16 pulled a 2nd line from West Metro Engine 13. Engine 16 arrived and secured the water supply to West Metro Engine 13. South Metro Engine 13 pulled another line off West Metro Engine 13 to the Delta 1 structure, Engine 19 secured a second water supply and Med 1 set-up with medial. The fire was put under control under 30 minutes and crews worked on an extensive overhaul. One patient was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
