Vehicle Into House MVA

On January 16th, 2025 at 18:57 West Metro Fire Rescue responded to a vehicle into a house at 30 Pierce St. in Lakewood. Jeffcom 911 advised that caller reporting that the vehicle went all the way into the structure and Engine 7 requested an additional engine and medic. Engine 7 and Medic 3 arrived to a two-vehicle MVA with a full size truck into the structure and started the investigation. District 2 arrived and assumed command. The driver of the truck with a dog as passenger hit another vehicle first, then crashed into the house, taking out a portion of the wall. The technical rescue team arrived on scene and shore up the structure which took an extended time. American Red Cross was called to the scene. There were no serious injuries reported.
