West Metro Rollover MVA

On September 2nd, 2025 at approximately 09:40 West Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported rollover on Simms St. at 6th Ave. in Lakewood. Jeffcom 911 advised responding units that one vehicle was on fire and there was a possible entrapment. Engine 2 with Tower 2 arrived on scene and found two heavily damaged vehicles. Crews quickly extinguished an engine fire and assisted occupants from the vehicles. Two people were transported by ambulance to a local hospital for evaluation. The Lakewood Police Department is investigating the crash.
