
Northglenn East 105th Place Apartment Fire
North Metro 2nd Alarm Fire
On June 26th, 2025 at approximately 04:31 North Metro Fire Rescue District and Thornton Fire Department responded to structure fire at the Huntington Square Apartments, 735 E. 105th Place in Northglenn. Adcom 911 advised that multiple callers reporting possible explosions and Northglenn Police officers on scene reporting flames showing. Battalion 62 arrived on scene to a medium size four-story multi-family with smoke showing and requested a major incident tone. Engine 63 arrived with fire from the second floor and pulled a 1 3/4 for fire attack and the primary search in the offensive strategy with Medic 63. Truck 62 arrived and assigned to the 3rd floor to check for extension and Medic 62 with medical. Engine 71 started primary searches on the main floor and Engine 72 to pull a 2nd line off Engine 63. Command requested a 2nd alarm due to the size of the building. The fire was quickly contain to the main fire unit and the 2nd alarm was cancelled. Two patients were transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries. The American Red Cross was requested to assist with the incident. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
