Adams County Rollover MVA

On April 19th, 2026 at 16:25 Adams County Fire Rescue responded to a rollover accident on southbound I-25 just after the I-76 bridge. Engine 11 arrived to a rolled over single-vehicle into the concrete barrier and Engine 14 started traffic safety. Crews found four patients and requested additional medics to the scene. 4 patients were transported emergent to a local hospital and 2 were transported non emergent. The vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed, clipped a car, rolled over, and then crashed into a concrete barrier, taking some of the barrier out.
