Denver Commercial Fire

Around 18:20 on May 7th, 2026 Denver Fire Department was dispatched to the 3000 block of E. 43rd Ave for a commercial structure fire. First arriving crews arrived to smoke showing and declared it a working fire. Firefighters located fire inside the office area of a commercial building utilized as a church with extension into the roof. Crews made an aggressive attack on the fire and conducted roof operations that stopped the fire from extending to the rest of the building. Firefighters got a good knock on the fire in a short amount of time with no reported injuries. The cause is under investigation. Additional information provided by Denver Fire Department
