North Metro Utility Room Fire

On March 20th, 2026 before 15:00 North Metro Fire Rescue District Engine 63 was dispatched for a fire alarm at 12275 Claude Court at the East Lake Station Apartments. A call then came in as a water flow alarm which upgraded the response. Truck 74 arrived to find a fire out in a utility room that was extinguished by the sprinkler system. Crews check the building for extension and ventilated as needed.
