South Metro Structure Fire

On February 9th, 2026 at 12:00 South Metro Fire Rescue and West Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a working structure fire in the 5900 block of S, Sycamore St. in Littleton. Upon arriving at a multi-family apartment building crews confirmed a working fire on the second floor. The fire was quickly put under control and containment to a single unit. One person was transported non-emergent to a local hospital for further evaluation. No other injuries were reported. One window was broken for ventilation. The fire scene is under investigation.
