
Westminster Marshall Court 2nd Alarm House Fire
Westminster House Fire
*On January 13th, 2026 just after midnight Westminster Fire Department, Adams County Fire Rescue and North Metro Fire Rescue District was alerted to a residential structure fire in 7200 block of Marshal Court. Westminster Communications Center received multiple calls reporting a home was on fire and parties trapped inside and Battalion 1 requested a full 2nd alarm. Engine 1 arrived to a two-story residential with a working fire and heavy fire and pulled a 2 1/2 for defensive attack with Medic 1. Engine 3 established the water supply to Engine 1 and then went to the Charlie side with Engine 11 for fire attack. Battalion 1 arrived and took over command in the Alpha side and assigned Engine 12 to pull a 2nd line from Engine 1 and Medic 12 as medical. Truck 5 arrived and set-up for defensive master stream operations on the Alpha side. Medic 12 transported one resident to a local hospital with unknown injuries. Crews were able to get the fire under control at 12:51 and crews worked an extended and extensive overhaul and investigation. Two victims were found deceased inside the home and the Westminster Fire Marshal’s Office has initiated an investigation in conjunction with the Westminster Police Department on the cause of the fire.
