Grand Junction Garage Fire

On July 16th, 2008 at approximately 13:00 Grand Junction Fire Department was dispatched to a reported residential fire at 264 E. Lynwood St. Units arrive on scene and found smoke and fire coming from the garage. Firefighters were on scene about ninety minutes extinguishing the fire, checking for extension into the home and ventilating the residence. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
