Grand Junction Structure Fire

On April 18th, 2009 around midnight Grand Junction Fire Department was dispatched to a reported structure fire in an abandoned building along G Rd. Units arrived in scene and found heavy smoke coming from the structure. Firefighters were on scene about ninety minutes extinguishing the fire, checking for host spots and mopping up. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.

Units on Scene: Battalion Chief 11, Engine 12, Engine 13, Engine 15 & Ladder 11
