On March 14th, 2010 at approximately 11:00 Denver Fire Department was dispatched to a reported hazardous materials incident in a creaked near S. Havana St. and E. Dartmouth Ave. along Kennedy Gold Course. Engine 13 arrived on scene, observed a chemical coming from a nearby culvert and called for Hamer 1. Firefighters installed a floating dam in the creek and blotted up as much chemical as they could around the culvert.
