Northglenn Lavinia Way Basement Fire

Just after midnight on February 20th, 2013 North Metro Fire Rescue District was alerted to a possible structure fire at on Lavinia Way at E. 119th Pl. in Northglenn. Engine 63 and Medic 63 arrived to a single-family brick structure with smoke showing and conducted a 360 making contact with a home owner who confirmed the house was evacuated. Engine 63 went into an offensive mode deploying two attack lines. Crews conducted ventilation operations on the Alpha side and entered through Charlie side for fire attack, a third line was deployed through the Alpha side as well. Additional Crews entered to help with fire attack and overhaul. The fire was quickly brought under control and no injuries were reported. No other information is available at this time.
