Denver Building Explosion

On April 12th, 2014 at approximately 07:00 Denver Fire Department was dispatched to a reported explosion at The French Quarter Apartments, 3227 Parker Rd. Units arrived on scene and found that an explosion occurred in a small building used for laundry and mail. The explosion resulted in a partial collapse of the structure’s roof. Firefighters were on scene about two hours neutralizing hazards and shoring the damaged structure. No injuries were reported and the cause of the explosion is under investigation.
