Evans Pancake Breakfast

Evans Fire Protection District held their annual pancake breakfast at Station 1 on May 10th, 2014. Firefighters served up all you could eat eggs, sausage and pancakes. Proceeds benefited the Evans Fires Safety and Assistance Fund, which provides charitable assistance to victims of fires and other emergencies in the City of Evans and is also used for community safety programs. Firefighters from LaSalle Fire Protection District, Milliken Fire Protection District and Platteville-Gilcrest Fire Protection District stopped by for breakfast. Attendees also got a close up look at Ladder 1, the department’s 2013 Rosenbauer Command Cab Quint.
