South Metro Structure Fire

On June 28th, 2014 at approximately 10:45 South Metro Fire Rescue and Littleton Fire Rescue were dispatched to a reported commercial structure fire at the Kentucky Fried Chicken / A&W at 9351 E. Arapahoe Rd. in Greenwood Village. Crews arrived on scene and found a small fire on the roof of the KFC structure. Firefighters were on scene about an hour extinguishing the fire, checking for extension and ventilating the building. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
