Foothills Fire Protection District held their annual pancake breakfast at the Lookout Mountain Fire Station at 67 S. Lookout Mountain Road on June 4th, 2017. Children of all ages came out to meet Smokey the Bear, view the fire engines on display, fire truck rides, pony rides, try on bunker gear, the silent auction, and more. Highland Rescue Team, Jefferson County Sheriff, Jeffco Open Space, Colorado State Patrol, Alpine Rescue Team and more were on hand with information booths and activities.
