Denver House Fire

At 22:01 on March 24th, 2018 Denver Fire Department responded to a reported single family structure fire at 4392 N. Ireland St. in Green Valley Ranch. Engine 29 arrived to a two-story fully involved fire from the back of the house, pulled a 1 ¾ line for fast attack. Chief 5 arrived and assumed command on the Alpha side, Truck 2 assigned as search. Engine 27 established a water supply; crews pulled a house line to the second floor from the front door. Tower 27 provided a primary search of the basement, Rescue 2 checked for extension on the Charlie side. Crews got the fire quickly out and stared overhaul. Two were displaced from the fire and American Red Cross was called in to the scene. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
