Aurora Rollover Extrication

At 22:37 on August 16th, 2019 Aurora Fire Rescue responded to a rollover at E. 42nd Ave. & Gun Club Rd. Aurora 911 Emergency Communications advised that the vehicle went off the end of the road, and rolled down a 15 foot drop with one party trapped. Battalion 1 requested the heavy rescue and a second medic to the scene. Engine 12 arrived to a single vehicle rollover with two patients, one trapped and the other one ejected, both needing medical. Medic 111 arrived on scene, and crews popped the door and the patient was extricated from the vehicle. Both parties were transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries. The crash is under investigation.
