Denver Attic Fire

At 18:45 on November 11th, 2019 Denver Fire Department was alerted to a possible structure fire at 2930 N. Quitman St. Engine 12 arrived and laid in from Hayward & Quitman St. to light smoke showing and pulled an attack line in. Chief 6 arrived and assumed command in the offensive strategy. Engine 7 established Engine 12’s water supply, and crews found a small fire in the attic area which was quickly knocked. The primary search proved negative and the cause is under investigation.
