Front Range Vehicle into Lake

At approximately 21:05 on October 5th, 2019 Front Range Fire Rescue responded to the report of a vehicle into a lake, with the car fully submerged and the driver out of the vehicle complaining of minor injuries. FRFR Battalion 1 requested the Greeley Fire Department Dive Team to respond to verify the there were no more occupants in the car and to assist with the recovery of the car from the lake. Two divers entered the lake and swam to the car, checked the car for occupants, and attached winch cables to the vehicle so it could be pulled to shore by Reliable Towing & Recovery.
