Loveland Garage Fire
At 21:39 on June 3rd, 2019 Loveland Fire Rescue Authority was dispatched out from Loveland Emergency Communications Center (LECC) to a residential structure fire in the 700 block of N. Adams Ave. in Loveland. Engine 1 arrived on scene to a fully involved detached garage. Engine 1 was not able to complete a 360 due to conditions and reported extension to the house, pulled the green line for fire attack, and requested next due to establish water supply and pull a second line, requested next due truck do primary search on the house, and asked for Loveland Police Department for crowd control. Battalion 1 arrived and assumed command in an offensive life risk. Thompson Valley EMS 311 arrived on scene and went to the front of the house to care for a burn victim, and Battalion 1 asked for a second ambulance emergent, and asked for mutual aid from Windsor-Severance Fire Rescue to cover LFRA station 6 and Poudre Fire Authority to cover station 5. One patient was transported from the scene and the fire is under investigation.
