Aurora Commercial Fire

At 12:18 on December 21st, 2020 Aurora Fire Rescue responded to a working commercial structure fire at 26100 E. 68th Ave. off Jackson Gap Rd. Dispatch advised that multiple callers reporting fire from the roof and Battalion Chief 1 upgraded the incident to a 2nd alarm response. Engine 16 arrived to a large commercial warehouse structure under construction with fire from the roof and Denver Fire Department Engine 35 also on scene. Ladder 16 and Ladder 5 started aerial operations, and Battalion Chief 1 arrived and assumed command. Crews got the fire under control at 12:48. Crews started overhaul and the investigation with no reported injuries.
