Denver House Fire

On October 30th, 2020 at 19:38 Denver Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire in 2000 block of N. Irving St. Crews arrived with smoke showing from a single-story single-family residential structure and started fire attack, Engine 20 started fire attack, Truck 12 with search, and Engine 1 secured the water supply to Engine 20. Truck 4 with Rescue 1 went to the roof as the vent group. Chief 6 arrived and assumed command in the offensive strategy. Engine 12 found fire in the basement and crews got control of the fire and out quickly. The cause is under investigation, and no injuries were reported.
