Denver Confined Space Rescue

At 13:26 on June 24th, 2020 Denver Fire Department responded to a confined space rescue in the 3300 block of N. Ivy St. for a reported trapped party. Crews arrived and found a party trapped in a collapse sewer beneath the street in a wall of dirt close to 20 feet below the street. Two hours and 10 minutes total time required for crews to safely remove the construction worker. The patient was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
