Denver Apartment Fire

At 16:09 on August 8th, 2020 Denver Fire Department responded to a apartment fire at the Pine Creek Apartments, 630 S. Dayton St. in the Windsor neighborhood. Chief 4 arrived on scene with Engine 19, Truck 19 & Engine 18 to a 3-story apartment complex with fire showing from the 3rd floor, and possible parties trapped and jumping from the 3rd story windows. Command requested a 2nd alarm and additional ambulances to the scene. Crews worked heavy fire conditions with multiple attack lines and working in temperatures in the high 90 degrees. 4 injuries were reported and 3 were transported with unknown injuries. Firefighters got the fire under control and started on hot spots and overhaul. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Additional information provided by Denver Fire Department
