Denver Trash Fire

At 16:41 on December 6th, 2020 Denver Fire Department responded to a general fire alarm at 2300 Welton St. at the Welton Park Apartments in Five Points. Engine 3 arrived to a working fire in the trash room and the call was upgraded to a multi-family structure fire. Crews performed fire attack, and removed the trash out of the building. Chief 2 arrived and took command. The fire was put quickly out with no extension. The fire is under investigation and no injuries were reported.
